Flavio C Millard – Director

Flavio C Millard is the managing director for Performance. His areas of expertise include Fraud Investigation, Security System Auditing, Security Planning and Co-ordination, Business Intelligence and is also a VIP Protection Specialist.
He holds a BSc degree in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU University of Guarulhos and is a ACFE member at Austin Texas USA.
Before joining Performance he was focused on Safety Protection for Industry, Commerce and Residences working under his Architecture degree. During this period he also was acting as a Health and Safety consultant for the working environment on industries and commerce.
Flavio Millard was also an entrepreneur on the Advertising and Communication sector, for various years. 

George H Castilho Millard – Commercial and Marketing Director  

BSc Mechanical Engineering, MSc (Sloan) International Management, has 10 years experience in executive positions in the Aerospace and IT/Telecomm industries working in Brazil and Italy with Embraer and CPM. He also has over 6 years experience in management consulting with top tier consulting firms managing projects in several industry segments in corporate strategy, portfolio analysis, development/analysis of business plans, value based management and process improvement, working as full time employee of Gemini Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers or in project partnerships with Accenture, GVconsult/The Boston Consulting Group.  George received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI- Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial in Sao Paulo, Brazil and MSc  in International Management as a Sloan Fellow from London Business School. His combined experience in engineering, management and consultancy add value to Performance in project management and new business development. George Castilho Millard also was formerly a police Investigator of the São Paulo State Civil Police.

Tim Hundleby – Logistics Security Division Director

Having been educated in the UK he initiated his career in the British Armed Forces. Through various overseas postings this led on to his specialisation in the maritime area.  With more than 25 years of direct experience in this field, Tim Hundleby joined Performance just under a year ago to set up the new Maritime & Logistics Division.  His focus has been on the recently established anti-terrorism maritime regulations, both for the USA and the international community,  under the auspices of the IMO (International Maritime Organisation).  In addition, he has been for the last nine years in-country  Port Authority nation-to-nation delegate, with emphasis  on the regional problems which the maritime activity attracts, with emphasis on piracy. He serves on the British Chamber of Commerce Foreign Trade Risk Management Committee, with an ongoing brief on maritime security. On the international side, he today deals with many of  the foreign related aspects of risk management, including diplomatic close protection, foreign executive assistance and close support.  His is co-author of various papers dealing with transnational crime, and is regularly invited to speak on maritime crime-related and logistics topics.

Celso Tirloni – Office Manager

With a degree in Business Administration from Instituto de Educação Senador Flaquer and former member of the São Paulo State Civil Police as Judicial Support Agent, Celso Tirloni has 28 years of professional experience in administrative areas and investigations emphasizing in insurance fraud. Before joining Performance  he  worked as supervisor in a Commercial Bank, Customs Bonded Warehouses, Convention Center, and  also in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Metallurgical industry sectors. Celso joined Performance  five and a half years ago where, as Office Manger, he  supervises our field agent teams, our research and commercial information services and auditors team.

Jorge Waldir de Lorenzi – Senior Auditor

BSc in Business Administration from Faculdade de Administração e Estatística Paes de Barros and Post Grad on Finance, Actuary and Accounting form FEA-USP, he has over 10years of experience in Auditing as a Banco Itaú Auditing and Inspection Supervisor. There he was responsible for various kinds of occurrences, such as, Devious Behaviour; Credit Operations; Forgery/Adulteration; Misappropriations; Breach of Fiduciary Duty; Robbery and thefts; Electronic Frauds and Lawsuits follow up. Jorge Welder was also managing partner of a retail distribution company. For 3 years he has been Performance's Senior Investigative Auditor.
